Anhet

Threshold of Breath

Anhet rises above a forgotten river that runs beneath the sands. It is said the first kings conquered death on this threshold, breathing their last into the stone and rising again at dawn. Ever since, whoever holds Anhet carries the breath of every ruler who came before.
