Drill Manual

The moment it's won, it finishes the first job in your training queue; the troops are ready at once.

A short, firm order from the commander's own hand: the drill ends today. The sergeants raise their voices, the recruits hold the line one last time and, before the sun goes down, march out of the yard as soldiers.

The drill manual fits the waiting into a single morning. The company at the barracks gate is ready at once.

Won in the Instant tier of the auction; takes effect the moment you use it.
