Labyra

The Deep Spiral

Labyra stands at the mouth of a spiral that winds down into the depths of the earth. Explorers who descended found a new wall and a new inscription at every turn. The only one who reached the bottom never spoke again, but the smile on his face lasted until the day he died. The altar's fire rises from the very heart of that spiral.
