Spring of Tears

Naiara stands at the head of a spring born from a goddess's tears. Its water never clouds and overflows even in the driest summer; the desert tribes bled one another for a hundred years over it. At the bottom of the spring, the crowns of kings who drank from it and never returned still glitter.
